Job Details & Eligibility Criteria



Techbooze[1] "AN OPEN FORUM" is an educational enterprise, headquartered in India working across the country. The company operates with a mission ‘To improve the quality of the educational arena, by creating an Open Forum based on Working with Trust’. We not only circumscribe the technical aspect but also applaud the non-technical areas. The Company’s registered office is in New Delhi.


There will be a preliminary selection of the students based on their Resume and the selected candidates will be informed accordingly for the further completion of their application by selecting the Online Test Centre.

* The selected candidates from the Online Test will be called for the P.I. session at New Delhi.

* The finally selected candidates will be provided with the Letter of Appointment.

* The members kindly mention their membership id in their resume (prefered but not mandatory).

Scale of Pay: Rs. 25,187/- – Rs 38,875/- per month.





A. Age

  • As on the Date of Advertisement: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 40 Years (+10 years concession for govt employees ).


B. Qualification and Experience

  • The candidate should have a Graduate/HS degree in general from a College/University recognised by AICTE/UGC. 

  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience. ( Candidate must have a Work Experience on any sector beside course curriculum). 

C. Pay Scale

  • Management Trainee Executives holding posts will be in the pay scale of Rs. 29,865 – 33,021 per month (MTE).

  • Services & Marketing Training Executives holding posts will be in the pay scale of Rs. 32,105 – 38,875 per month (SMTE).

  • Web Developing Executives holding posts will be in the pay scale of Rs. 26,332 – 29,647 per month (WDE).

  • Content Writing Executives holding posts will be in the pay scale of Rs. 25,187 – 26,428 per month (CWE).



D. Certification by Candidate

  • The candidate has to submit his/her willingness for the post at the time of interview itself clearly stating that he/she will join the post, if selected. If any candidate does not initially give his/her willingness, he/she will not be interviewed.

  • The selected candidate will have to join within one month of issue of letter of appointment.


E. General Conditions

  • All qualifications should be recognised by UGC/AICTE/AIU (GOI).

  • Additional weightage may be given to candidates having additional relevant qualifications.

  • An appointment shall be subject to the Service and Conduct Rules of the Company.

  • Candidates in their own interest are advised to submit an application well in time before the last date to avoid possible delay and rejection. Application received after due date will be summarily rejected.

  • In case, it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfil the eligibility norms and/or that he/she has furnished any incorrect/false information/certificate/documents or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these shortcomings is/are detected after appointment, his/her services are liable to be terminated.

  • Any request for change of address/change of centre for interview shall not be entertained.

  • The Company has the right to reject any application/candidature at any stage without assigning any reason and the decision of Company shall be final.

  • The Company has the right to reject entirely or partially the selection/advertisement at any stage without assigning any reason and the decision of Company shall be final in this regard.

  • Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.

  • Communication shall be sent at the Present Address mentioned by the Candidate in the application form.

  • Self-attested Photocopies of all certificates/testimonials are to be provided with the application/resume including:

  1. Educational/Professional Certificates (right from Class X to the latest).

  2. Experience Certificates (including Appointment and Relieving letters of all previous employers). 

  3. The candidate shall submit a write up about his or her achievements and suitability for the job in a maximum of 400 words.

  • The last date of submission of applications is 28th March 2019. No application shall be entertained under any circumstances after the stipulated date. Incomplete applications are liable to be REJECTED.
